TRW Club FAQs
Is there a cost to join? There is no cost to join. This membership is a subscription and you can cancel at any time after receiving your first two (2) shipments.
How can I order more wine? Yes! You can add additional bottles to receive a 10% or 20% discount. Just follow the link in your release email announcement. Changes to your shipment must be made by the deadline date noted in your shipment email.
Can I order wine and send it as a gift? Unfortunately, no -Because our shipping platform defaults to your email and associated shipping address, wine cannot be sent as a gift. However, you can gift a club membership with 1, 2, 3, or 6 releases (4 bottles per release).
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? Yes! Just choose "Pick-Up" when signing up for your club membership. If you initially sign up for shipping and change your mind, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?
We do cry over spilt wine... but will have that order resent to you asap. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your Order number, Add any images/pictures of the damaged item(s) and List the exact items which were damaged.
What is the best way to contact TRW regarding my club membership? Please email us at email@example.com
How do I change my membership information (email, phone, credit card, etc) Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send a link for you to update your membership information.
What if I'm going to be gone at the time a shipment is due to be sent? If you need to pause your membership for 1 release, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if I am not home when they try to deliver the shipment? UPS will make three attempts to deliver your wine. We recommend using a shipping address where someone over 21 will be able to sign for your package. There may even be a retail business in your area willing to accept packages on your behalf. UPS will send tracking information to you. Be sure your email address is correct in our system and that you check spam/junk if you're not seeing the email tracking information.
I signed up myself, but do the discounts apply to others, like my spouse, significant other, or other family member?
Membership is limited to (2) people, member and spouse. Wine club member must be present to use benefits. Member benefits are non-transferable.
How will I know what the exact shipping price is?
We will send an email with all the details for your wine release approximately 10 days in advance. You will be able to click the link and review your details.
How do I cancel?
Tres Rojas Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving 2 shipments, but not within 5 days of a wine club release dated the 1st of the release month. It is the wine club members responsibility to notify the Tres Rojas Wine Club Department to cancel their membership.
Shipments processed prior to cancellation are nonrefundable.
All cancellation requests must be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative.
