Let's be honest... Life can be stressful. Immerse yourself in a rich, soothing soundscape created with a variety of healing instruments. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, pyramids, drums, and more may be woven together to surround you in calming vibration. This session helps release energetic blockages, settle the nervous system, and guide your body and mind into profound relaxation. No experience needed. Just arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the rest.
THIRD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH $25 includes the sound bath session and a glass of wine of your choice.
